The MiCC is a modular integration method of core-making that entails a platform-less, five-module concept that allows a seamless core-making process from raw materials storage to high-quality cores.  MICC includes eco-friendly devices, and offers high-precision movement and smart controls using MiCL intelligent software, with reduced consumption of raw materials and uninterrupted control of production parameters.

The MDs series is an efficient and intelligent line-up of core machines developed by Mingzhi Technology as the latest generation of the original heavy-duty D series core shooter.  The MDs series applies a new technology focused on safety, environmental protection, high efficiency, and an intelligent production mode. By means of the newly developed Mingzhi electric control system, MiCL, and hardware that includes IPC, PLC, and sensors, an intelligent approach to engaging all parts of the core box is employed: from moving sand into the core box through to core production and ejection.

The MAs series is an upgrade of the original A+ series core-making machine by Mingzhi Technology, using new technologies focused on safety, environmental protection, high-efficiency production, and intelligent operation. By means of the newly developed Mingzhi electric control system, MiCL, together with hardware that includes IPC, PLC, and sensors, an intelligent approach is employed, engaging all parts of the core box: from moving sand into the core box through to the core production and ejection.
