Flexible, Precise, Intelligent

The MAs series is an upgrade of the original A+ series core-making machine by Mingzhi Technology, using new technologies focused on safety, environmental protection, high-efficiency production, and intelligent operation. By means of the newly developed Mingzhi electric control system, MiCL, together with hardware that includes IPC, PLC, and sensors, an intelligent approach is employed, engaging all parts of the core box: from moving sand into the core box through to the core production and ejection.

Key features of the MAs series include:

• Primarily for manual operation, flexible to the requirements of core making production
• Applies to various processes including cold box /hot box process
• Fixed-shooting barrel structure without a detachable sand-shooting barrel reduces cleaning and spare parts requirements
• Unique technologies of floating mold closure and regulated sand shooting allow better core quality and reduce core box abrasion
• Multistage denoise technologies for reduced production noise
• High-efficiency curing technology is employed to improve production efficiency and save energy
