Foundry facilities


Since 2003, Mingzhi Technology has been manufacturing high end complex aluminum castings from it’s own foundries.

A professional team of young and energetic employees, contribute to the complete development of aluminum castings including design, 3D modeling, simulation, rapid prototypes, 3D core printing, casting sample, trial and volume production.

Our current range of castings include primarily Heat Exchangers for Boilers, Locomotive Parts, Commercial and Passenger vehicles for a growing portfolio of customers worldwide from countries such as: Germany, Holland, Slovakia, Italy, England, USA and China.

Foundry 1

Foundry workshop 1 has been in operation since 2003. With a modularized production approach, over 8000 tons of aluminum alloy gravity casting parts are produced semi-automatically to suit specific customer production needs.
This foundry operation features: modular production units, core assembly, casting, cleaning, heat treatment, post-processing, machining, test inspection and a combination of flexible and customized production capabilities.

Foundry 2

In 2015, we completed stage 1 of our 2nd foundry, which has an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons or roughly 500,000 aluminum alloy gravity casting parts, was established to meet the complex high-volume production requirements of thin-walled castings.

Foundry 2 utilizes the latest precision sand casting technology. It includes Mingzhi Technology’s most advanced casting equipment supported by world-class melting, cleaning, sand reclamation and processing equipment to form a highly automated and intelligent modern casting production line.

Utilizing the complex precision sand casting process, our highly automated facility is dedicated to innovative, green and intelligent manufacturing with environmental friendly processes. From casting design to intelligent production solutions, we provide valuable benefits for our customers worldwide.
