Sales and Marketing (m/f/d)

Main Tasks:

  • Support for existing customers in German-speaking countries
  • Initial approach and acquisition of new customers
  • Active and individual telephone, electronic, and personnel customer support and advice
  • Consulting, customer support, scheduling, quotation preparation, contract negotiations, order acceptance, and order processing
  • Analysis and evaluation of customer needs
  • Development, initiation, planning, control, and monitoring of sales activities as well as optimization strategies
  • Multidisciplinary communication, coordination, and quotation preparation in an international team
  • Market and competition analysis with the derivation of corresponding recommendations for action
  • Representation of the company to the customer
  • Participation in trade fairs
  • Preparation of presentations, plant layouts, reports, and documentation (development of meaningful KPIs)


  • Successfully completed studies in economics or commercial training
  • Experience in mechanical and plant engineering sales
  • Experience and industry knowledge in the German-speaking countries of the foundry industry
  • Technical basics of mechanical and plant engineering
  • Contact skills, communication skills, customer orientation
  • Persuasiveness and psychological skill
  • Commercial understanding and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Analytical, independent and responsible
  • Cross-departmental thinking and acting
  • German fluency and good knowledge of English
  • Pronounced willingness to travel of approx. 50% (mainly German-speaking countries)
  • Safe handling of MS-Office applications
  • Driver’s license class
