Project Management (m/f/d)

Main responsibilities:

  • Project responsibility for complex mechanical engineering projects from order acceptance to final acceptance at the customer’s site
  • Responsibility for on-time, quality- and budget-compliant project execution incl.
  • Creation/management of necessary plans
  • Planning, active management, and control of all project activities
  • Professional management/coordination of interdisciplinary teams
  • Interface function and close cooperation internally and with the customer (also on-site)
  • Documentation / Reporting / Post-calculation of project-related activities according to internal specifications
  • Support of the specialist departments within the framework of individual professional competences
  • Supervision of supplementary management (preparation/negotiation of offers)
  • Support of the sales department in the preparation of quotations
  • Support during commissioning/customer acceptance

Prerequisites:

  • Successfully completed engineering studies, technical training, or comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of the management of complex mechanical and plant engineering projects (special machines)
  • Field-proven commercial and business knowledge
    at least 2 – 3 years of professional experience in the field of responsibility
  • Experience in dealing with customers and business partners
  • Proof of project management certification is an advantage
  • Good German and knowledge of spoken and written English is an advantage
  • Willingness to approx. 10% international travel (mainly Germany and Europe)
  • Accurate, thorough and timely way of working
  • Reliability, flexibility, ability to work in a team, and independent work
  • Dynamic and confident appearance with strong customer orientation and high resilience
