First Mingzhi core center installed in Bella Italia
At
Assisi Spa Foundries (former FOM Tacconi Spa), Mingzhi Technology to install a "core center" for the production of core packages with the cold box iso-cure process for stainless steel collectors for application within the motorsports car sector. This is a first in Italy for Mingzhi and includes a sand preparation plant, a 60-liter core shooter, two core boxes, a gas dosing unit, external robotization for core handling and automatic insertion of sleeves inside of the core box.
The core center includes a production cycle of about 60 hours. Assisi Spa Foundry will supply the drying oven and the painting of the cores.
The entire core center has been tested through the production of cores at the Mingzhi Technology factory. Installation at Assisi spa Foundry to occur by the summer of 2020.
Mingzhi Technology has two manufacturing facilities (Suzhou, China and Leipzig, Germany) and roughly 700 employees with an annual turnover of about 120 million euros.
